Bill Kilpatrick is the Qualifying Broker for the Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central office in Tampa, Florida, and also for the Keller Williams Smart 1 Realty office in Winter Haven, Florida. In addition he leads the Bill Kilpatrick Team, formally the Florida Real Estate Sellers team, a team of real estate professionals out of the Keller Williams Smart Realty office in Lakeland, FL.

Bill has served as a Team Leader and/or Broker for five different Keller Williams offices. He's served in leadership roles in office locations as diverse as Lakeland Florida, Maui Hawaii, Jacksonville, Winter Haven, and Tampa, Florida. His experience has offered him training opportunities all over the United States with some of the best trainers and leaders in the industry.
